Winger employees participate in safety training provided by the company as well as each of the Union trade’s apprenticeship training programs. Employees are trained in Behavioral Based Safety Principles and Pre-Job Hazard Analysis completion. All field personnel have completed the OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety & Health Course. We are proud members of the National Safety Council and the Mechanical Contractors Association of Iowa.
